Shipping & Delivery
1. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping to most countries. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your destination.
2. How long will it take to receive my order?
Order processing typically takes 1-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 7-15 business days depending on your location and local customs processing.
3. Will I receive a tracking number?
Absolutely. As soon as your package is dispatched, a tracking number and a link to follow your shipment will be automatically sent to the email address provided at checkout.
4. My tracking number isn't updating. What should I do?
It can sometimes take 2-5 business days for the shipping carrier to update the tracking information in their system after the tracking link is generated. If it remains unchanged for over 5 days, please contact us.
Returns & Refunds
5. What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
6. How do I start a return or exchange?

7. What happens if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We apologize for any inconvenience. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately via email with a clear photo of the damage or the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Orders & Changes
10. Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Because we aim to process and pack orders as quickly as possible, you must request changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. Please email us immediately at bomreclothing@gmail.com. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.
